To better serve the families of MCC with young children we will be changing the start and end time of Family Night as AWANA kicks back off in the fall.
Starting Wednesday September 14th Family Night will start at 6:30pm and wrap up at 8pm. This change came about because so many families when giving feedback mentioned family night ending too late for their children. MCC’s leadership spent months assessing how this would affect the men’s, women’s, youth, and children’s ministry and ultimately decided it would increase our effectiveness at reaching families for Christ.
Note for Families with students in TCYM: Our Youth ministry has consistently pushed the limits of the end time often not wrapping up until closer to 9pm. With this new time change we are planning to push the limits again but now wrap up about 8:30pm.
